The Liquid Manufacturing Plant, we design and fabricate are used for processing industrial liquids. It consists of water/ glycol phase, manufacturing and storage vessels. The storage vessels we manufacture are hemispherical or cylindrical in shape wit conical bottoms. Furthermore, the liquid and water phase vessels manufactured are properly insulated, jacketed and fitted wit high speed stirrer. The stirring is done with the help of a low speed anchor type contra rotary stirrer and a high speed homogenizer under vacuum condition. This process generates liquid and water/ glycol that is transferred to the manufacturing vessel through a vacuum process. The final products are then transferred to the storage vessel by a pump. The interconnecting pipelines are internally electropolished with DIN/ SMS/ TC fittings. Also, the entire automation of the plants is controlled through PLCs and SCADA.
